Refund Policy

As all of our products are customised/personalised we are unable to provide a refund or replacement or reimbursement for shipping if you change your mind. Please check all the  details of the Product before purchasing to ensure that it is going to meet your needs, in particular please check the spelling of any name. If you are unsure about the suitability of the product you wish to purchase, please email us at mary@missymoo.com.au to discuss.

If the customised product is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item by email to mary@missymoo.com.au and include a description of the damage as well as photos of the damage.

You can choose a refund if you receive an incorrect Product or a Product has a major problem. A major problem is one which is significantly different from the sample or description on our website.

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
If  approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
