DELIVERY TIMES
DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL
All orders placed Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Online orders will be received within 5-7 working days for all Australian orders. If there is any issue with your order our customer service team will contact you by email and advise you of the updates.
New Zealand standard orders will be received within 6-27 working days.
USA standard orders will be received with in 6-27 working days.
Please note: During the busy SALE period we will do everything we can to dispatch your order so that it is received within 5-7 working days; however orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders.
Returns & Refunds
ONLINE EXCHANGE & RETURNS
You may exchange or return any item for change of mind excluding sale items; postage charges to return the products are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to return/exchange an item please contact Missy Moo via e-mail at hello@missymoo.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. If faulty we require a photograph of the faulty item via email to hello@missymoo.com and your order number or name it was purchased under.
You will be sent an email containing instructions on returning the item/s and a form to fill out to be included in the package. Once you have been sent a postal address, the item must be sent back within 30 days to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned after the 30 days will receive a credit which is redeemable for a 3 month period.
Missy Moo do not offer a free returns service for change of mind.
